By accessing or using the Flawless Schema website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

Flawless Schema provides:

Free Schema Markup Generator: A web-based tool that generates JSON-LD schema markup for various schema types
Schema Audit Services: Professional review and analysis of existing schema markup on client websites
Schema Writing Services: Custom schema markup creation and implementation for clients
Educational Content: Guides and resources about structured data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using our contact forms or requesting services
Use our Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our Service (e.g., through hacking, excessive requests, or automated abuse)

4.2 Generated Schema Markup

Schema markup generated using our free tools is owned by you (the user). You are free to use, modify, and implement the generated JSON-LD code on your websites without any royalty or attribution requirement.

4.3 Custom Services

For paid audit and schema writing services, the final schema markup deliverables become your property upon full payment. Flawless Schema retains the right to use anonymized case studies and examples for portfolio purposes unless explicitly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Paid Services

Schema audit and schema writing services are paid services. Pricing will be provided upfront before any work begins via written communication (email).

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are typically collected via invoice with payment due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

5.3 Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables, you may request a partial or full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of deliverable receipt and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after work has commenced
Issues caused by third-party platforms or search engine algorithm changes
Deliverables that have been significantly modified after delivery

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Flawless Schema makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our Service, or the accuracy, reliability, or results obtained from using our Service.

Specifically, we do not guarantee that:

Schema markup generated will result in rich snippets, knowledge panels, or improved search rankings
Our tools will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
Search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) will accept or display your structured data
Any results obtained from our Service will meet your expectations

You acknowledge that search engine algorithms change frequently, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from schema implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawless Schema and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on our Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Search engine penalties or ranking changes related to schema implementation

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flawless Schema and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of our Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights)
Any content you submit through our contact forms

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., schema.org, Google Rich Results Test). We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access them at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Business Location Disclosure: Flawless Schema is operated entirely from Pakistan. All services, tools, and communications are provided from this jurisdiction. We do not have any physical office, subsidiary, or legal entity in any other country.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (via website notice or email). By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
